Ok, everyone just look at how beautiful I am. I can hardly believe that no one has offered to give me my forever home yet. I really love my foster Mom and am really going to miss her but I would love it so much if someone would adopt me and make me their very own doggie. Yes I am 12 years old, but just think of all the annoying things you will not have to endure by adopting me in lieu of a puppy or really young dog.
I don't chew, I potty outside, I do not jump on people but am excited to see them when they come home, I don't bug you all the time to play with me or throw a ball, I sleep in my very own bed and don't try to push you out of yours, and as an added bonus I love to talk to you. I have told you all about me and hope you are looking for a friend just like me and will choose me to become part of your family.
Oh wait, don't stop reading... my foster Mom wants to tell you how wonderful I am. Hi, I am Natasha's foster Mom. Natasha is truly one of the best fosters I have ever had. She is housebroken, does not jump up on you or company, does not get on furniture and sleeps in her bed on the floor. She would probably do best as an only dog or maybe just one other dog because she is very possessive of her person and likes to tell the other dogs about it by growling and pushing them away. I describe this growl as her talking to me and the other dogs, as I said, she thinks she owns her person.
I do recommend that she not be adopted by anyone with small children as she has arthritis in her hips and it would be painful for her for a child to get too rough with her. She will need to stay on arthritis medicine for the rest of her life and have blood tests taken every 6 months to ensure the meds are not affecting her liver. I also give her Phycox, which is an arthritis medicine you can buy on the Internet, no prescription required. I know this beautiful girl comes with a little baggage but she is so worth overlooking these things and deserves for someone to give her the chance to have a forever home.
Please give this darling girl a chance and make her part of your family, you will wonder how you ever lived without her guidance.
If you would like to meet Natasha, please complete our adoption application and put her name at the top. Http://www.dfwcockerrescue.org/adoptions/adoptioninfo.shtml
