About / Memorials

Sex: M
Age: 11 years

Boomer was a hoot! I took him in as a foster when he was five years old and ended up with a great buddy. Boomer developed glaucoma and had one eye removed but that NEVER slowed him down. He loved his stuffed lion head and wouldn't play with any other stuffed toy except "Lion". He was also obsessed with golf balls. He could sniff out a golf ball under the couch, under the bed, behind a cabinet… you name it, he wanted it. He loved to ride on a raft in the pool and as he got older, he LOVED to go for "walks" in his wagon. Boomer developed cancer and survived about a year with it so he went to doggie heaven sooner than I wanted. Still, he gave me many fun times and memories that I smile about every day!
