About

I’m a sweet mixed-breed girl, around 10 years old (though my foster mom suspects I might be a bit younger). Life’s been a little bumpy lately—my previous owner passed away, and now I’m hoping to find a forever home where I can feel safe, loved, and cherished again.

At first, I might come off as a little shy, but once I trust you, I’ll be your most loyal shadow. I’ve grown very attached to my foster mom—I love following her around the house and will even come running if she leaves the room. I’m a curious girl who likes to keep tabs on what’s going on.

I adore attention and have a cute way of asking for it—I’ll make soft little growly, whiny sounds (they’re endearing, not scary, I promise!). I also have a lot to say when I get excited—I’m quite the talker!

I enjoy the simple things in life: leisurely walks, sniffing everything, playing outside, and cozy naps. I may need to shed a few pounds, but don’t let that fool you—I’m active and always ready for a little adventure. I love my morning and evening playtime on the floor with my foster mom—it’s one of my favorite parts of the day!

I get along with other dogs just fine, but I’d also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only. I’m not sure how I feel about cats or little kids, though older children would likely be a better fit for me. I get a bit sensitive about having my back end or feet touched, and I’ll let you know with a little growl—but I’m all bark, no bite.

I’m house-trained, use a doggie door, and sleep in a kennel at night—though I’d much rather snooze in my cozy bed next to you. I’m healthy and full of love to give. My favorite thing in the world? When my foster mom gently holds my face and tells me I’m pretty—it makes my heart so happy. I tend to bond more easily with women, but with time, patience, and kindness, I can learn to trust the right man too.

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate, and slightly silly companion who just needs a little time to settle in, I could be the girl for you. Could you be my forever family?
