Introducing Archie!
Hi there! My name is Archie, and I’m a sweet, loving, energetic Cocker Spaniel mix looking for my forever family. I’m estimated to be between 2 and 4 years old and weigh about 26 pounds. Plus, I have a full tail. 🙂
I was found as a stray, and a kind Good Samaritan took me in while trying to locate my family. When no one came forward and a local rescue couldn’t find a foster home for me, DFW Cocker Spaniel Rescue stepped in and gave me a second chance. Now I’m safe, loved, and ready to find a family of my own!
My foster mom says I have enough energy to keep everyone smiling. I love playing fetch, going for walks, following my foster parents around the house, and being wherever the action is. I’m very people-oriented and thrive on attention and affection. I love being around my people and prefer not to be left alone for long periods of time. I’m house trained and crate trained and sleep quietly in my crate at night, although I’d much rather be near my people.
I get along wonderfully with my foster dog brothers and enjoy making new friends—both canine and human. Because I’m such a social boy, I would likely love a home with another playful dog and children who enjoy having a fun-loving companion around.
If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, playful companion who will bring joy, laughter, and endless love into your life, I may be the perfect match for you!
Archie is a GREAT dog. He’s very playful and enjoys a lot of attention. He’d be perfect for a family with kids!!
