Introducing Finn!
Finn is a handsome 1 year old spaniel weighing in at 31 lbs. He is truly a special dog – he’s affectionate, intelligent, and deeply bonded to his people. Here are some of Finn’s attributes:
- House trained and well-mannered indoors, but does have energy.
- Smart and highly trainable — knows sit, shake, kennel, outside, wait, and gentle (for taking treats calmly).
- Great with structure and recall — he’ll wait patiently for fetch and return toys reliably.
- Up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered.
- Comfortable at the groomer — goes every other month for a bath and tidy.
- Excellent with children and other pets — extremely docile, loving, and submissive but has lots of energy for play.
- Very affectionate and co-dependent — he likes to sleep with his people or other pets – he isn’t used to being alone.
- Walks beautifully on a leash, listens well to commands, and enjoys daily walks.
Despite his breed, Finn is not suited for hunting as loud noises tend to scare him. He would thrive in a home with children and other pets, or as a devoted companion for a retired person or active family. He’s gentle and people-oriented.
Finn is currently settling in with his foster family. We will post his availability when he is ready for adoption.
