Marshall is a handsome 4 year old red-buff neutered male Cocker Spaniel who is in search of a patient loving home where he can be the center of attention. He likes to climb in your lap, so we recommend a home with no pets or children. A yard to chase squirrels would entertain him and make him a happy dog. He loves to play and once he gets to know you, he is a very sweet, affectionate boy. He adapted well to his foster home within a short period of time.
Marshall initially will need a quiet environment and slow introductions to bring him to his full loving dog potential. He can be anxious due to the many changes he has experienced in a short period of time, but his anxiety is managed with medication. Once he is settled in his new foster home, DFWCSR will provide a behavior evaluation and training, if recommended. Marshall is currently being treated for ear infections and will need cherry eye surgery which will be covered by DFWCSR as well. He is fully recovered from his neuter surgery, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. He is also leash, crate and potty trained.
