👑 Meet King
King is a 3 year-old, 35lb Cocker Spaniel that will light up any house he enters. He has the friendliest energy, always flipping on his back for belly rubs and cuddling against his parents for love.
King is a happy dog – enjoying his play time, naps, and walks during the day. At night he sleeps in his own king-size doggie bed but has free rein of the home. A perfect balance of energy and rest. He is also potty trained to go in the backyard or during walks.
This handsome boy is good with children and adults alike, and doesn’t show timid or fearful behavior. Has never shown any sign of aggression or resource guarding with toys/food, and he has been well-behaved with guests.
King came to DFWCSR in need of cherry eye surgery and has undergone the repair procedure under the care of his foster family. He is currently in the process of recovery and he will be will be ready for adoption as soon as his eyes have healed.
Any family would be blessed to have King. His foster family already has a long list of reasons why he is the perfect dog.
