Meet Remi!
Remi is a cute 7 year old chocolate female cocker Spaniel who was surrendered to DFWCSR because she was being repeatedly attacked by another dog (unprovoked). This girl is suffering and desperately needs a new home.
Remi has a sweet disposition but is a little nervous, probably due to the situation in her former home. She usually does well with other dogs, loves people and is OK with calm, older children. She will chase cats but is not aggressive with them. She knows some basic commands (sit, lie down, jump) and is leash trained. She will bark when nervous or excited.
Remi is now being fostered in a (much more peaceful) home while in vetting to help heal her ear infections. We will post updates on her progress as we get them.
