Tulsi is a 3 year old buff female. She was surrendered with a group of other dogs to DFWCSR by a breeder. While we know little about her specifically, this group has been very sweet but very scared. They have been good with and enjoy being with other dogs. Those who have gone to foster homes are thriving there! Although we don’t have a picture of her, all of these dogs are GORGEOUS. We’ll post her pic as soon as we have one.
