Buddy

About

On March 1, I lost my soul mate, Buddy Moody.

Buddy was the best dog in the world and my very best friend. I adopted him January 2014 and we were inseparable from the very beginning. Buddy was so loyal, loving, funny and just happiest boy.

Buddy lived every day of his life appreciating the small things. He LOVED squirrels, birds, airplanes, lizards, thunder (yes thunder!), any food he could get his paws on and of course, his mamma. He was a Cocker with a tail as everyone used to say, and that tail was constantly wagging. He was the happiest boy. We went through so much together and he was always there for me just as I was always there for him. I was his person and he was mine.

Buddy was diagnosed with a brain tumor, chest cancer, and kidney failure. He died in my arms and left this world with dignity.

I am forever grateful for DFW Cocker Spaniel Rescue for connecting me to my Buddy. I plan to create a fund in Buddy’s name to help other dogs.

Until we meet again, Buddy. I love you forever 💔

~ Frances Moody
